Our hours are Eastern Time:
Monday – Wednesday – Thursday 8am to 5pm
Tuesday 8am to 7pm
Friday 9am to 12pm
24 hour answering service.
- Our fees are guaranteed as long as entries are received before 3pm the day before closing to established supers.
- We have made special arrangements with many show secretaries to submit entries in a more economical manner for our clients.
- All entries are confirmed by email within a few hours of processing. We can also copy your agent or co-owner if you wish.
- All accounts are completely confidential. We will never give your information or your entry information to any outside party.
- Your monthly summary is sent at the end of each month. Details include the show. The day, the dogs, and the fees charged.
- You may add as many dogs as you wish. THERE ARE NO SETUP FEES- NO MEMBERSHIP FEES.
- We accept all credit cards.
If using this entry service please note that we cannot be responsible for any delays or entries not being
accepted or submitted due to weather, disaster, carrier issues, mishandling by carrier, human error, etc. Also messages left on the phone system or email communications not received for any reason.
We make every effort to insure that all entries are received and processed. If you do not receive a voice or email confirmation by closing morning, you will need to follow up with the office directly. This is true for any request made via our website, phone call to the office, or email. Showtime Entry Service disclaims any liability for your use of any of the above mentioned methods of submission. You must understand that this risk is yours. And decide whether the risk is worth it based on convenience.
